November 2012 Desktop Calendar + Thankfulness Journal

You know you've got tons to be thankful for, but you know what?... If you don't consciously think about and consider all those things—big or little—you are missing out on something amazing. Did you know that people who practice daily gratitude are actually happier than people who don't? The simple act of naming something that you are thankful for brings a little light of happiness into your heart. It doesn't matter what it is, either. You don't have to have a ton of "stuff" in order to be thankful. Quite the contrary, that's just not what brings people a heart full of gratitude and happiness. What DOES, is a love of life and all the little things...so think deep, think outside the box, find all the little things in life that you haven't stopped to think about before. Do this for 30 days and I promise you will be happier for it!

30 DAYS OF THANKFULNESS JOURNAL

Both the cover file and the inside pages file are set to print on 8.5" X 11" paper. The are both meant to be folded in half. You will need to print the inside page file 4 times front and back in order to have enough days. If you are a crafty person, then get crafty with these! If you want to adhere the cover to chipboard, simply cut your paper in half! You can even adhere all the pages to chipboard if you wish to have a nice and sturdy keepsake. You might try binding the pages together with ribbon or twine as well. If you aren't crafty, then all you need to do is print and fold!
